Azienda Agricola Girgenti
The azienda Agricola Girgenti Salvatore was founded in 2004 in the heart of the Mazzarino area with a great passion for horses: breeding and excursion activities in the surrounding area.
Salvatore, along with his brother Giuseppe, decided to expand the Agricultural Company.
The idea was to create a company that produced high-quality products and was able to respect and enhance the surrounding environment. With approximately 20 hectares of land, consisting of olive groves and almond orchards for the production of olive oil and almonds, respectively.
Our Flavoured Oils
The company has adopted sustainable farming practices by switching to organic farming to meet the growing demand for healthy and environmentally friendly food.
This step led the company to obtain organic certification.
With passion and dedication, much attention is given to the product and its specialisation, to the point of producing flavoured olive oil with truffle, chilli pepper, lemon, basil, garlic and rosemary.
